The draw has taken place for round 3 of the Coronelli and round 1 of the Motwani. These games should take place on 9 January for players not involved in the Ayrshire championship. In the event of a drawn game the tie should immediately go to a quick play finish (5min or time agreed by players).
The website has been updated with latest live grades and links to Chess Scotland for detailed Ayrshire League and SNCL results. To help with planning, a schedule for the next few weeks is listed below. Members are encouraged to play club matches on evenings when they are not involved in team matches and/or Ayrshire championship. The club will not meet on 26 December or 2 January but will start up again on 9 January with round 4 of the Ayrshire Championship.

Feel free to contact an opponent and arrange your tie. Just write the result on the sheet available at the club and/or e mail the result to the relevant person.
